By accessing or using Zeddro's website, application, or desktop agent (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Zeddro provides a browser profile management platform that allows users to create and manage multiple browser profiles, each with unique configurations. The Service includes a web application (app.zeddro.com), desktop agent software, and related tools and APIs.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle.
The Free plan is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Free plan users are subject to the same acceptable use policies as paid users.
The Service, including its design, code, features, logos, and content, is owned by Zeddro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
The Zeddro Agent is provided as a downloadable application. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Agent in connection with the Service. The Agent may automatically download updates to ensure compatibility and security.
If your plan includes API access, you agree to use the API responsibly and within the documented rate limits. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or suspension.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee that browser profiles will pass all detection systems at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeddro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or account suspensions on third-party platforms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeddro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
